 The United States and Britain say there is still room for a diplomatic agreement on the Ukraine crisis.

Foreign media reported that US President Joe Biden and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson had a 40 - minute telephone conversation on the Ukraine crisis.

Leaders of the two countries have stated that hopes of resolving the Ukraine crisis through a diplomatic solution have not yet been completely dashed.

They further stressed that despite warnings of Russian military action, there is still room for some agreement on how to resolve the crisis.

However, despite the fact that nearly 100,000 troops are stationed on the Ukrainian border, Russia still denies allegations that it is invading Ukraine.
