Richard Branson is one step ahead of the world's billionaire race to go into space
British billionaire businessman Sir Richard Branson, the
founder of the famous Virgin Company, was able to rewrite the history book by
flying aboard the Earth's suborbital space on the VSS Unity spacecraft created
by his Virgin Galactic Company.
The VSS Unity spacecraft was mounted on the VMs Eve, a
spacecraft that took off from the space station in New Mexico, USA. The two
pilots can accommodate up to six additional passengers.
Instead of going into space using a traditional rocket, the
USS Unity spacecraft, which will be carried by the spacecraft to an altitude of
50,000 feet above the Earth, will leave the spacecraft and launch its engines
into space. The VSS Unity spacecraft enters Earth's orbital space at
approximately 3.5 times the speed of sound. This is an altitude of 360,890 feet
(110,000 m) above the Earth's surface.) Commenting on the occasion, Branson
described it as a dream come true in his life.
"My mother taught me never to give up trying to catch stars."
Brunson once said that Brunson's 71st birthday falls next week,
and that it's one of the richest space races in the world today. In addition,
it is considered to be one of the main foundations of the space tourism business,
which will become a very successful business in the future. Jeff Bezos, the
founder of the famous Amazon company in the United States, is also preparing to
go into space on July 20 with the help of his Blue Origin rocket called New
Shepherd.
It is the 5th anniversary of the crossing of the moon by
man. But nine days earlier, Branson had made his dream come true. Branson was
joined by five others on the voyage, naming him "Astronaut 001" and
the aircraft's Chief Astronaut Ben Moses "Astronaut 002", while Colin
Bennett, Chief Operating Officer of the Operations Company's Pride
Administration Company " The astronaut also joins the expedition as 004 '.
She is of Indian descent. It is also considered the 22nd test flight of the VSS
Unity spacecraft, hence the name Unit 22 test flight.
This is the aircraft's fourth flight with crew, and the
second with passengers. Ben Moses has joined one flight in 2019 as the first
passenger on the plane. Following successful trials, the U.S. Federal Aviation
Administration issued a full commercial license for Branson's flights.
In addition to this voyage, two more flights were planned to go into space with a full crew of 6 astronauts.
The Virgin Galactic Company, including Branson, hopes to add
another 600 prospective astronauts to the spacecraft by 2022, according to paid
tickets. "I want to see how the customer experience through this goes from
beginning to end. I want to make sure they get the best experience for the
money they pay." Said Branson
