Protection of animals from nasal COVID-19 vaccine

Researchers at the University of Iowa and the University of Georgia in the United States have found that nasal spray for COVID-19 may protect animals from contracting the deadly virus.

They have already conducted the study by administering the vaccine to mice. They also identified that the nasal vaccine prevents the transmission of the COVID - 19 virus from animal to animal. One of its leading researchers commented, "Even if this new COVID-19 nasal vaccine proves to be successful for humans, it will be able to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic.

" It is said to be similar to the nasal vaccine given for influenza, and that a single dose of this vaccine is sufficient and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three months under normal conditions.
