tell if I have depression?
We all feel sad and sometimes there are good reasons to feel
sad. There are times when you feel sad for no apparent reason, so how do you
differentiate between sadness and depression or justifiable sadness in your
life?
Grief is a normal human feeling. We do not have to lose those feelings. Otherwise it will disappear automatically. But in depression, grief does not go away so easily. Sadness overwhelms us to the point where it becomes irrelevant to everyday life, to the extent that we are unable to do daily work.
If you take a break, you will feel less tired after work.
But the tingling sensation in depression makes us feel more tired instead of
getting tired when we take a break.
If you do not feel like checking your emails as usual and
the messages pile up without being read, it can be a sign of depression. If the
person who picks up the phone happily when the ringtone comes on does not even
look at the phone, you should find out if there is depression in the sweet
voices you hear.
People who are obsessed with food and who prefer to go out
in the dark are more likely to suffer from depression. If you don't want to
watch your favorite TV show that you watch every day, there is a mental problem
somewhere.
If you see such symptoms, do not look away from the common
character traits and help them.
