It has been declared by YouTube on 20th July 2017 that it will stop using less usage. So YouTube video editor and photo slideshows will will be closed on 20 September 2017. You Can complete if you have unprocessed video on YouTube before deadline.

But Good news is they said their enhancements like trim, blur, and filter will still be available on your YouTube ’s Video Manager.
